This page explains how information from the public tablefy.gr website, its contact forms and its optional analytics is used.

Tablefy service provider

Requesting a walkthrough or consulting

We use the information you submit to review and respond to your request for a free Tablefy walkthrough or a consulting proposal.

• The walkthrough form requests your first name, last name, business and email. Your phone number is optional. You can also select the service you are interested in.
• The consulting form requests your full name, business, email, phone number, city or area and business type. Your selected number of locations, any message you enter and your confirmation of contact are also submitted.
• Answers to the short needs assessment on the homepage stay on the page and are sent only when you submit the walkthrough form.

Required fields must be completed to submit the relevant form. You can also contact us by email. The page language is submitted so that we know which language was used for the request.

Submission and source information

The walkthrough and consulting forms are submitted through Formspree. Visit information, such as the page address, referring page, any campaign parameters and submission time, is sent with the request to identify its source.

If you accept analytics, stored information about your first and most recent visits may also be used. Without acceptance, no local source history is created; information about the current visit is used when you submit a form.

Optional analytics

With your acceptance, Google Analytics 4, Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights may be activated to measure website use and performance. Custom events concern actions such as selecting a link or the result of a submission; they do not include the form’s name, email or phone fields.

Your analytics preference is stored on your device for 180 days. Attribution of a request to a partner code has a 90-day limit. These limits concern local storage and source attribution, not the retention period of a request that has already been submitted.

You can change your choice through “Cookie settings”. Our Cookie Policy describes the storage categories and how to withdraw consent.

Contact and your rights

For questions about your data, contact info@tablefy.gr. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and exercise the right to object, where the relevant legal conditions apply.

Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority, such as the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
